Application
Download both forms below by clicking on the button, the application & enrollment form. Kindly fill them in with all the information they require.

Documentation
Send us the following documents via email.
- Completed Application Form
- Completed Enrollment Form
- Certified Copy of ID
- Certified Copy - Proof of Residence

Enrollment & Registration
We will let you know if your application
has been succesful.
Once successful, a registration fee will be applied depending on the age of your child.
